Transition - What can I be doing?

On May 9th, the building teacher trainers will be attending a workshop to learn about the updated SIS system to support classroom teacher roles in Qmlativ.  They will be primarily learning about the attendance and gradebook features.  in August at Tumwater U, the building teacher trainers will be training their school's staff on how to use Q for the classroom.

Preparing for course scheduling is key (master schedule).

 August 14th we will be having a training day for all school counselors.  The Datashop provided an introduction to the system on January 15th.

The Datashop has been visiting each school seperately and working with the OPs to prepare for discpline data entry and attendance.  

All TOPA staff have access to our training calendar to sign up for specialized training.  Please contact Dena Curtis with any questions related to student learning.

Fiscal Systems will be coordinated through the Financial Services Office.  Please contact Pam Jolley with any questions.

The Datashop has been meeting with our school registars with reoccuring meetings scheduled.  TBA training for TMS.

Our Food Services Management Team is working with the ESD directly for cleanup of data in our legacy system. 

In August the food services department will be hosting a training for food services school staff on how to navigate the Qmlativ system.

April 25th will be a presentation to heath services staff on the new module.

All employees will be using the Qmlativ system to look at payroll, leave and other information that they previously used Skyward.

We will be posting videos and PDFs on how to use the system for these purposes.
