TOGETHER! Tumwater Community Schools is serving BHHS!
Tumwater Community Schools is serving Black Hills! Together! is here to help our students how ever they can: connecting students and families to resources like food, clothing, personal hygiene, transportation, technology, financial assistance, and referrals to medical, mental health, and other community resources. They can also help with Apple Health enrollments, post-graduation readiness, job and relationship skills, renter’s rights, and voter registration. También puede ayudarles en Español.
Currently, we have weekend food bags, cold weather kits, and winter coats and shoes available. You can reach out to your school counselor to access these resources. TOGETHER!’s Community Schools Program works in collaboration with schools to have a Community Schools Manager, to be at the school for staff and students, to create relationships with the families and to provide a one-stop shop for anyone at the school to ask or get connected to resources, support, and information.
At TOGETHER!, we strive to incorporate and strengthen the power of community in our everyday work.
