    Kindergarten
Children who will be five-years old on or before August 31 are eligible to attend kindergarten. The child’s birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency are required for enrollment. Please contact your local school for more information and/or to schedule a time to register your child. We begin accepting kindergarten registrations on March 1st of each year. Please keep in mind that you may need to order the birth certificate online.

Children who will be six-years old on or before August 31 are eligible to attend first grade. Immunization records, proof of age and proof of residency are required.

    Enrollment for All Other Grades
Students new to the area should register at their local school as soon as possible. Please check your school's website for summer hours. When schools are closed, parents may pick up enrollment packets at the District Office.  However, actual registration occurs at each school.  Parents need to bring their child's birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency when they register. You may be asked to present a driver's license or picture ID coupled with a signed rental or lease agreement, a utility bill in your name, or a tax statement in your name. The school will then request the student's records from the previous school they attended.
