Lights, camera, action! Get ready to make your three minute movie for the Short Film Contest. It’s open to all students in grades K-5. Entries are being accepted NOW. The theme is: Have the courage to be yourself. The winning films will be shown at the Capitol Theater. Tumwater School District is seeking entries for out calendar art contest. One winner will be selected for each school. If selected, your artwork, a photo of you, and your quote (Click on picture to left) will be included in the District calendar that is distributed to all of our families in August.

If your child is enrolled at MTS as a transfer from another school or district, this is a reminder that the transfer needs to be renewed each year. Pleases make sure that your form for the 2018-2019 school year is on file with Lisa Alonzo (709-7006) at the District Office. This will ensure that your child is on the waiting list for the next school year. Forms are available at our school office or at the District Office. The District Office will begin accepting these forms on March 1, 2018
Tumwater School District invites all parents who will have child entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2018 at any of our school to join us for this event. We will begin with a short presentation in the Performing Arts Center and then parents will be able to access resource tables in the commons which will provide information and tools to help you and your child get off to a great start in Tumwater!
