Registration/Enrollment Forms
If you are registering a non-resident transfer, please complete the form below after your child has been accepted.
Please register your child(ren) through our online student enrollment portal linked here. This link will allow you to upload the documents that are needed to register your student with the Tumwater School District. The online application requires the parent's email address. This allows you to save the progress of the form.
If you are unable to complete the form online, please download this packet to print out and return to the school your child will be attending. During the summer, please drop off the completed forms to the district office located at 621 Linwood Avenue SW, Tumwater WA 98512. If you need a printed copy, please stop by a school or district office.
For our Spanish speaking families please print out and complete the enrollment forms found here.
