    ATTENTION PARENTS
If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me asap.  The most private method is through email.  Please read the following about Skyward and Absences.  Further down the page, you will find the course syllabus for your student.

    SKYWARD USE
I work really hard to keep Skyward current; however, there are times I may fall behind and you may wish to contact me for clarification.  I welcome all inquiries.  Also, all zeros can be made up!

HOW TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU MISSED WHEN ABSENT
I keep a clipboard hanging on the wall in my classroom for daily lessons (directions, new learning, assignment, testing, etc.) posted for students to look at when returning from an absence.  It is the student's responsibility to look at this clipboard.  I am available before school on most days from 7:15-7:35 a.m. and after school until 2:40 p.m.  With a prearranged appointment I can stay later than 2:40.  I am also available during Core/Flex time.

    PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY
This is my 36th year of teaching Career and Technical Education as a Business Teacher and I am looking forward to an awesome school year. I teach Computer Science Essentials and Introduction to Entrepreneurship. In addition, I advise members of Future Business Leaders of America as they work on community service projects, prepare for competition, raise funds for travel, and develop leadership skills. I advise volunteer students in the running of our school based business called Thunderbird Cafe. I am also the Business Department Coordinator. I believe that being an educator is not a job, but a lifestyle. THS is a family and I am proud to be part of this family!
