BMS Partners in Education (PIE)
Welcome to BMS PIE! As a parent of a BMS student you automatically become a member of BMS PIE. There are no membership dues or requirements.
Our key mission is to enhance the middle school experience of students, parents, and staff. To fulfill this mission, we:
Provide RESOURCES (volunteers and funds) to meet staff and student needs.
Serve as a vital COMMUNICATION LINK between parents and administration.
Seek and support EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES relevant to BMS parents & students.
Demonstrate APPRECIATION to our dedicated teachers and staff.
Want to get involved?
Attend a meeting – PIE meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month, at 6pm in the BMS Learning Hub.
Volunteer at school activities - Health Screenings, Picture Day Helper, Reward Events, Book Fair Helper, Science Fair Judge, Solicit Donations or Obtain Grants, Board Member, Classroom Helper, Field Trip Chaperone, Talent & Art Show Assistant, etc.
Can’t make it to a meeting or volunteer, you can still make a difference.

Collect and Submit BoxTops - For your convenience, we created a Box Tops collection sheet. Simply stick the Box Tops on the sheet, note your student's name and homeroom classroom and send it in. The homeroom class with the most Box Tops will win a pizza party in May!
Participate in Fundraisers – Watch for fundraiser flyers to be sent home with your student.
