Collective Bargaining Information
Tumwater School District cares deeply about our staff, students, families, and the community. We know that together we make a difference for students and their families. Each staff person in our district serves an integral part of our educational community.
The district has collective bargaining agreements (CBA) with each of the following associations. You can visit the links below to see the status of contract negotiations for that group. The pages will be updated as new information becomes available.
- Public School Employees (PSE - bus drivers, transportation staff, food service workers, support services, buildings and grounds staff)
- Tumwater Association of Paraprofessionals (TAP - paraprofessionals)
- Tumwater Education Association (TEA - teachers and other certificated staff)
- Tumwater Office Professionals Association (TOPA - office professionals)
