After earning a Bachelors of Education degree at Eastern Washington University, Matt Ishler taught high school business and marketing courses in the communities of Omak and Monroe, WA. Since earning a Masters in Education Administration, he has served in high school administration for 18 years as assistant principal, athletic director, CTE director, and principal. Since 2007, Mr. Ishler has been the principal of Rochester High School and HEART Alternative High School. During this time, Rochester High School’s recognitions include WA State STEM Lighthouse School Designation, U.S. News & World Report Bronze Medal School, and two-time WA State School of Distinction, while HEART High School received the WA Achievement Council “Exemplary” School Rating. As a former CTE instructor, his excitement for the chance to lead New Market comes from the nature of career-connected learning. “Motivation soars when students see the connection between their education and future career opportunities. Chris Bradshaw is a graduate of Eastern Washington University where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. He spent over 10 years in the financial and IT industries before becoming a CTE instructor for the Aberdeen School District. He currently has over 22 years of experience as an instructor and administrator. In his spare time, he enjoys remodeling his home, fishing, and outdoor activities. He is married to his wife Kristin and has two sons currently working in Tacoma and a daughter who attends the United State Naval Academy.
