Program Description: Do you have an interest in earning high school credit for working? The Customer Service & Work Credit Academy is a preparatory program that allows students to earn credit for their work hours in addition to a classroom where they can experience a hands-on, team-centered approach to sharpen communication and collaboration skills. Students will hone their customer service interactions by gaining an understanding of the psychology behind customer service. Students will develop as a leader, and learn foundational economic and financial concept to support financial wellness. Customer Service and Work Credit Academy affords students the opportunity to connect the knowledge and skills obtained in the classroom to those needed in the work environment.
High School Equivalency Credits: Students earn 3.0 credits per year allocated as 1.0 Career Technical Education and 2.0 Elective. See how these credits satisfy graduation requirements in the Program of Study.
College Credits: Credits may be available.
Students who successfully complete the program and meet the college grading requirements, will be eligible to apply.
