Health Screening

All kindergarteners and students in grade one, two, three, five and seven are tested for vision and hearing (RCW 28A.210.020-040;WAC 246-760). The school nurse will notify parents of findings which may require further evaluation by a licensed health care professional (Vision Referral form; Hearing Referral form.)
