Capital Facilities Plan
Each year the six-year Tumwater School District Capital Facilities Plan is updated as required by the State’s Growth Management Act. The plan includes projections about growth in our district in order to be deliberate in our planning for future facilities. Besides growth-related projects, current and future modernization projects are included for financial planning. Our Capital Facilities Plan is incorporated by the City of Tumwater and Thurston County as sub-elements of their Comprehensive Plans.
