Capital Projects

Our department manages the design and construction of new or remodeled buildings. We are responsible for the Capital Fund and budget. We oversee our architects and engineering consultants, and construction contractors on large and small projects. Our goal is to keep the physical learning environment safe, warm and dry while keeping projects on time and on budget.
