 Noah Fosbre

Noah Fosbre started his career attending a local beauty college at the age of 17. He began his styling career at JC Penny in Olympia and two years later became one of the youngest cosmetology instructors in Washington State. He joined the committee that designed and implemented the Washington State Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program (WSCAP) created by Governor Locke in 2003 and then became its Lead Instructor. Noah then joined Dennis Jensen at Salon Fifth Avenue in 2004 accelerating his fulltime career as a Professional Stylist and building a loyal clientele. In 2007, Noah accepted a position as Learning Leader at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle while continuing to support his loyal clientele in Olympia.  Noah opened Fosbre Academy in June 2008 and has been dedicated to its success and expansion since. He is also committed to his personal ongoing education, attending Vidal Sassoon cutting and color courses at least annually and in 2013, became an American Board Certified Hair Colorist.   

Masit Matisons  

Masit Matisons has been a licensed cosmetologist for over eight years, and has a passion for all areas of practice. She regularly leads certification courses in specialized areas such as gel manicuring, hair extensions, sugaring and spray tanning for students at the Academy. Masit began her career in Olympia, working downtown in higher end salon settings and continues to maintain her clientele in additional to teaching full time at Fosbre. She acts as the cosmetology program leader - responsible for curriculum development and various compliance measures to ensure students receive the necessary tools for success in obtaining licensure and employment once gradated. 

Maria Poulos 

Maria Poulos started her career in the beauty industry in 2014. She immediately took advantage of the opportunity to obtain her instructors license so she could focus on her passion for helping others to realize their potential and goals in the field of cosmetology and esthetics. Maria acts as the primary point of contact for all federal financial aid and enrollment processing at Fosbre in addition to facilitating our cosmetology programs.  

Brooke Goldsmith 

Brooke Goldsmith is a Fosbre Academy graduate and licensed in Cosmetology, Esthetics and Master Esthetics. Brooke received her instructors license in 2018 and has played a vital roll in program development for both Fosbre's cosmetology and master esthetics courses. She serves as the academy lead on professionalism and employability training. Brooke also maintains a clientele in both areas of hair and skincare, which enable her to knowledgably assist in a broad scope of subject areas.
