Professional Biography: I attended Stadium High School and the University of Puget Sound both located in Tacoma, Washington. I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science and attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California for a semester. My student teaching experience was also in Tacoma at Wilson HS. I was hired by the Tumwater School District for the 1987-88 school year and have been a T-Bird ever since!! I have taught all of the classes currently offered in the Social Studies department and have been involved in the creation of the curriculum for them as well. My current assignment is to teach Civics, AP US Government and Psychology. These classes fulfil seniors last two Washington State required social studies courses for graduation.
