• We are very excited to announce that Tumwater School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

    You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

    Click on the Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”.

    Sports Registration is completed through Final Forms.

    Fall Sports are currently accepting reistrations:
    - Football: (Grades 7-8) First Practice is TBD, we are still looking for a Head Coach. 
    - Boys and Girls Cross Country: (Grades 6-8)  First Practice is 8/21 at 2:45 and meet at Black Hills High School behind the gym
    - Girls Soccer: (Grades 6-8)   First Practice is 8/28 at 2:30 at Tumwater Middle School

    Winter 1 sports: October 18th-December 14th
    -Girls Basketball: Grades 7-8
    -CoEd Wrestling: Grades 6-8

    Winter 2 sport
    -Boys Basketball

    Winter 3 sport
    -Girls Volleyball

    Spring sport
    -CoEd Track

    and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.


    **IMPORTANT!: The signed physical may be uploaded into the system.

    **IMPORTANT!: When registering your student please use their TUMWATER email account:      FirstName.LastName.GradYear##@stu.tumwater.k12.wa.us

    Students must also login to sign their portion of the documents once their accounts are made.

    Tumwater Middle School has a $40.00 fee for all sports and a one-time ASB fee of $25.
