    The Community Club meets in regular session. 
    Meeting called to order by the President
    The minutes were read and approved as read. 
    Motion made and carried to use Mrs. Bruce's lamp instead of sending the other one away to be fixed. 
    Motion made and carried to allow Mrs. Peck 65 cents for gasoline. 
    Motion made and carried to allow money to buy new treasure books. 
    Motion made and carried to have a card party Saturday night, Jan. 17th. 
    Motion made and carried to buy a skeleton key to lock the schoolroom doors when not being used.  
    There was no other business meeting then adjourned.

    $3.65 for prizes and expenses for the last card party Jan. 17.
    Mrs. Gilette paid 85 cents due to the Club. It was moved and seconded somebody be appointed to order lumber for card tables.  Walter was appointed to see to the ordering of lumber. It was moved and seconded to have a card party and dance Jan. 31, 1920.
    There being no other business, the meeting then adjourned.

    -- March 3, 1920                                                          

    The Chambers Prairie Community Cub meets in regular session at Depot.

    Meeting was called to order by the President and minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

    It was reported by Mr. Peck that the registration books for this election district were at present at Fir Tree Mill District and would be brought over shortly for registration here.

    The Committee reported that $9.25 was taken in at card party on Jan. 31st.

    On motion duly seconded Mrs. Gillette was allowed $1.60 for prizes and Mrs. Peck $1.20 for expenses.  

    Mr. Swenson reported he saved $6.05 of the Community's funds from fire in his house. 

    The matter of a Herd Law was introduced and after some discussion was put over until next meeting.

    It was moved and seconded the Community Club buy four decks of cards and $2.00 was allowed Mrs. Gillette to purchase same.

    It was suggested that a committee be appointed to solicit funds from residents of Chambers Prairie to purchase flowers for Mrs. Phillips funeral, and Mrs. Peck and Mrs. McCarthy were asked to solicit and Mrs. Gillette and Mrs. Cast to order the flowers. 

    $3.50 were collected in dues from members.

    There being no further business to come before the meeting, same adjourned.

     -- March 16, 1920                                                                          

    The Chambers Prairie Community Club meet in regular session at Depot.

    Meeting was called to order by the President and minutes of previous were read and approved as read.

    Mr. Peck stated to the meeting that the election registration books have not yet arrived but were expected about the first part of April.

    Motion was made and carried allowing Mrs. Peck .95 cents for lamp mantles.

    The Herd Law for the district was again taken up and after some discussion, it was decided to let the matter rest for the present. 

    The suggestion was made by Mrs. Peck, that the Library Books on special topics, be replaced with other books of the Traveling Library for the benefit of the public.

     Dues to the amount of $1.20 were paid at this meeting.  On Motion club adjourned.
