Welcome to Career Choices. I am looking forward to working with all of you in discovering those careers that might be most interesting to you. 

We will research several options: how to get started and what additional schooling (if any) might make you a more appealing candidate for hiring managers in the field. 

Practice interviewing and presentation skills, writing a good resume and cover letter. Then edit them for specific postings.

I know, I didn't know what I wanted to do as an adult until I was 55 years old. Weird huh? How do I expect you to know what you want to do? Truth is, I don't. What we'll do is learn how to research careers that you have an aptitude for or are just curious about. 

Please come to class with an open mind, the exploration will be kinda fun if you do.
