Continuous Student Learning in a Caring, Engaging Environment

Welcome

  • Tumwater School District provides a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment for students.  Our academic focus is based on four questions:  What do we want each student to learn?  How will we know if each student is learning it?  How will we respond when a student is experiencing difficulty?  How will we respond if the student already knows it?

  • MyTRL Available to Tumwater Students

The new MyTRL program launched in Tumwater School District on November 13, 2017. This provides all students in grades K-12 with access to the public library's large and updated collection of research resources, eBooks, digital magazines, videos, and homework help. Parents may choose to opt out at any time via the District's Skyward Family Access portal or in person at their child's school. Our teacher-librarians have been trained on accessing the MyTRL services and how to help students access their new accounts. Please direct questions to your child's school teacher-librarian. We are very excited about this new resource.
