Emergency Communications
Communications to Families:  SchoolMessenger System
The district has its own emergency communications system, which allows us to very quickly place a phone call and/or email to all families and staff.  If there is an issue that will impact the start of the school day we will send a robo-call to all families at around 6 a.m.  The same message will also be sent in an email.  In order for this system to work best, please take the following steps:

1.   Keep Your Contact Information Up-to-Date

To change or update your contact information, contact your school secretary.

2.   Set Your Preferences

This new system is designed so that you can choose to be contacted in different ways depending on when the call is placed and the type of call. Click here for instructions on how to access the system yourself to make these choices.

Communication to Media:  FlashAlert.net

Our regional emergency communications system is FlashAlert.net  We contact this service which notifies the following list of television and radio stations about school delays or closures.  Our message is also available on their website, www.flashalert.net
