Continuous Student Learning in a Caring, Engaging Environment

Community Involvement

We know that parent and community involvement both within and outside of school are critical to student success. Each year parent and community volunteers contribute thousands of hours to our programs and committees. There are many options available, including the following examples: supporting student learning in the classroom, serving as a “lunch buddy”, providing office support, or serving on a site management team or advisory committee. To volunteer, drop by the school or call 709-7100.

2014-15 Volunteer Forms can be found here.  Volunteer forms must be filled out annually and reviewed by the district office.  Please allow 2 weeks for processing.  Volunteers must be pre-approved before being allowed to chaperone on field trips.

MTS also asks that volunteers review and sign our PAWS for Volunteers form.  Please click here to print and sign.

District and MTS policies regarding visitors and volunteers are listed below.  Thank you volunteers, for all you do!
