Continuous Student Learning in a Caring, Engaging Environment

Continuous Student Learning in a Caring, Engaging Environment

Tumwater School District provides a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment for students.  Our academic focus is based on four questions:  What do we want each student to learn?  How will we know if each student is learning it?  How will we respond when a student is experiencing difficulty?  How will we respond if the student already knows it?

  • Backpacks and Supplies Needed?

The annual Stuff the Bus event on August 1 was a big success with 60 boxes of school supplies collected. We encourage families in need of assistance to pick up backpacks filled with supplies for their elementary and middle school students the week before school starts at their school office. High school students can access supplies from their counselors after school starts.
